Earlier this month we got three pigs, and we are now taking orders for a half or whole hog.  They will be ready in October, so if the idea of a "pastured pork" ham sandwich appeals to you, use the form on the Contact page to submit your order!

In other news, we are now finished asparagus season, but have pickled quite a few jars of asparagus - which is actually the only way I like this vegetable.  The recipe is fairly easy, and will follow soon in another post, but for now here's a photo of all this asparagus we pickled!
